    Over the past 5 months on Retatrutide (starting at 2mg/week and titrating up to 6mg now), combined with TRT, smart training, and a low-carb diet with weekly refeeds, I dropped from 20% body fat down to 8%.

    Reta is a game changer. Currently on 5mg/wk, titrated up from SD of 2mg/wk. I lift heavy 6x a week, cardio (treadmill @3.0-3.2, incline 8-12, 30-60 mins), track all food, eat in a deficit and hit around 120g of protein a day.

    Reta has changed the course of my life so drastically i'm still having a hard time grasping what happened in the last 10 months and where i'm going to take it! starting weight was 347Lbs current weight is 231lbs i struggled with depression, was on the verge of being diabetic and had an unhealthy relationship with food and alcohol. i'm excited to see what in store for me in the next couple months
