Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how AscendXLabs processes, dispatches, and monitors orders for products supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only.

AscendXLabs currently offers free 2-day shipping within the United States only.

Orders move into shipment only after payment review, internal approval, and packing are completed.
Orders are not considered shipped until they have been packed, labeled, and handed to the carrier. Processing time may vary based on order volume, business hours, inventory checks, fraud review, and holiday schedules.
Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are provided as general timing guidance rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
While AscendXLabs aims to offer 2-day delivery service, actual transit may be affected by weather events, carrier routing, operational delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control. Delivery estimates should be treated as non-guaranteed unless clearly stated otherwise.
Orders are currently shipped only to supported addresses within the United States.
AscendXLabs does not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with non-supported destinations, incomplete address details, or conflicting shipping information may be delayed, updated, or cancelled before dispatch.
Shipment confirmation and tracking details are generally issued once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Tracking scans are controlled by the carrier and may not appear immediately after a label is created. Delivery updates, scan events, and estimated arrival windows are provided by the carrier for convenience and may change during transit.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before checkout is finalized.
AscendXLabs is not responsible for delays, returns, losses, or added costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping details submitted with an order. Please verify all address information carefully before completing checkout.
Delayed, damaged, incomplete, or missing shipments should be reported promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, contact AscendXLabs with the order number, tracking information, and any available package photos so we can review the issue under our posted policies.
