This policy explains how AscendXLabs reviews cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect orders, replacement requests, store credit decisions, and the limited cases in which a refund may be approved for research-use inventory.

Returns Overview

Orders should be reviewed carefully before checkout because most research-use products are treated as final sale once submitted.

Due to packaging control, product integrity, and research-use handling standards, returns are only considered in narrow situations. This page outlines when cancellations, reshipments, credits, or refunds may be reviewed.

Cancellation Requests

A cancellation may only be considered before the order moves into active processing, packing, or label creation.

If you need to cancel, contact AscendXLabs immediately after the order is placed. Once an order enters processing, packaging, or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be available. Approved cancellations may be returned to the original payment method, subject to any nonrecoverable processing fees where permitted.

Final Sale Position

Research-use inventory is generally sold on a final-sale basis after checkout is completed.

Except where required by law, AscendXLabs does not accept returns because of buyer error, change of mind, refusal of delivery, or no longer needing an item. This approach reflects product-control expectations and handling standards tied to research supply.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, report it promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Please contact AscendXLabs within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery and include the order number, package photos, shipping label, and a short description of the issue. Verified fulfillment problems may be handled through replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible

Certain situations generally do not qualify for return, exchange, store credit, or refund consideration.

  • Products that have been opened, altered, tampered with, or otherwise used
  • Returns sent without original packaging, labels, or order verification details
  • Items affected by improper storage, mishandling, or unauthorized use after delivery
  • Orders impacted by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout
  • Clearance, promotional, discounted, custom, or specially marked final-sale items
Refund Timing

When a refund is approved, it is typically issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless the issue resulted from a verified fulfillment error or a refund is otherwise required by law.
